Very near to the delightful square of Platsa is a village house that is ready to move into as the owner is leaving it furnished.
Situated at the end of a pedestrian road, it really is peaceful here.
You enter into a garden area through a stone arch. The garden is separated into two parts. As a bonus one of the parts has a workshop either for storage or to use as you want.
There are some steps leading to another part of the garden with two fruit trees,
Leaving here down a small path there is a door that leads directly into the separate kitchen area.
A separate door leads into the courtyard where there is another entrance to the living area which is currently on the ground floor. There is a storage cupboard here,
Inside stairs lead to a large bedroom on the first floor with views to the sea and the shower room is located off this room.
There is a small balcony area and outside steps leading back down to the courtyard,
Built in approximately 1920 it has been renovated over the last fifteen years.
There is a spare water tank and the shutters are wooden.
If you find the summer months too hot, this house is very cool inside and is a good house to return to after a day at the beach.
This is a typical village house in a traditional Greek village ideal for holidays.
The owner is prepared to give a gift of a free car with the house. It is a Skoda Fabia around 16 years old. What a bonus!!!!
